As Lower Manhattan continues to evolve beyond simply being a finance industry hub, more fitness and community-focused businesses are popping up. One of the newest will be a location of KidStrong at 77 Greenwich St. The popular indoor playground chain recently signed a lease for the space, and the company has announced the new location on social media. An official Instagram account for the Battery Park location noted that it would be more than “just another kids gym”— offering science-backed fitness training from KidStrong coaches. An opening date has not been announced, and What Now New York has reached out for more information.
The lease signing was announced on Facebook by Retail By MONA. The real estate leasing firm also said that the Pilates gym FS8 also just signed a lease at 77 Greenwich St. The dual signing, Retail by MONA said, is further evidence of Lower Manhattan becoming a wellness destination with community-driven retail.
