Krazy Crunchy Chicken to Open in West Philadelphia

The new spot will serve fried chicken, smashburgers, rice bowls, burritos, tacos and nachos.

A new fried chicken spot is joining the craze with an upcoming opening in West Philadelphia.

Krazy Crunchy Chicken, operated by Donald Cheng, will debut at 4626 Lancaster Ave., according to the shop’s Facebook page. 

The eatery, with the tagline “great tasting chicken never goes out of style,” plans to serve XXL fried chicken cutlets, hot chicken, chicken and gravy, smashburgers, rice bowls, burritos, tacos and nachos.

To complement the chicken, the shop will offer 100% juices, including watermelon, pink guava and sugarcane with calamansi, along with fruit teas and boba.

An official opening date has not yet been announced. However, Krazy Crunchy Chicken shared it is targeting a 2026 opening.
