A one-stop destination for health, wellness and nutritious food is set to open in Philadelphia’s Fishtown neighborhood this summer.
Franchise owners Carson Saleumsy and Sean Hasher will debut Pure Green at 1700 N. Front St. near the El.
“When we decided to open a juice bar, there wasn’t another neighborhood we considered. We wanted to bring cold-pressed juice, smoothies, and açaí bowls to the same community we’re already part of. Something we’d use ourselves, whether it’s a quick stop before a workout or part of your daily routine,” the owners shared.
Pure Green focuses on a menu designed to support energy, recovery, immunity, focus and overall performance.
Menu highlights include the Pure Power superfood smoothie, made with cauliflower, banana, almond butter, coconut butter, grass-fed whey protein, almond milk and cinnamon; the Collagen Berry bowl, featuring acai blended with almond milk and strawberries and topped with blueberries, strawberries, almond butter, hemp granola and chia seeds; and the Golden Girl cold-pressed juice, made with pineapple, turmeric, lemon and ginger.
Founded in 2014 by wellness entrepreneur Ross Franklin, Pure Green aims to promote healthier communities through nutrient-focused food and beverages.
The brand has grown to more than 150 locations across 25-plus states. In Pennsylvania, Pure Green operates stores in Langhorne and Wilkes-Barre, with an additional location planned for Ardmore.
Saleumsy and Hasher told What Now Philadelphia they are excited to become part of the Fishtown community. Construction is underway, and the team is targeting a late-summer opening.
