Bohl, the fast-casual salad and bowl restaurant that opened in Elk Grove earlier this year, is expanding to Roseville. The second location will be at 10357 Fairway Drive, with the opening planned for 2027.
The restaurant is owned by Kyle and Hailey Garrett of Elk Grove, who also own several Dutch Bros Coffee kiosks in the Sacramento area. Bohl serves customizable bowls and salads, along with sides such as pita chips and grilled sourdough bread, aimed at busy families looking for a healthy fast-casual meal.
The Roseville restaurant will be part of Highland Reserve Marketplace, a Kohl’s-anchored shopping center at Fairway Drive. Nearby eateries include Sushi Kuma, In-N-Out Burger, Blaze Pizza, Krispy Kreme and Taqueria La Nueva Vallarta, making it one of Roseville’s busiest dining corridors.
Bohl announced the Roseville plans on Instagram, where the restaurant posted a “Roseville, we see you” graphic and said the new location is coming in 2027. The post drew hundreds of likes and dozens of comments from fans excited about the expansion.
The flagship restaurant opened in March at 9257 Laguna Springs Drive, Suite 100, in Elk Grove. The Garretts have said they were inspired by their experience as parents to offer healthy, fast-casual dining options for families. The couple have also said they hope to bring Bohl to other neighborhoods, including Natomas, Fair Oaks and Folsom, after Roseville.
For Roseville diners, the new location will add a healthy option to a shopping center known mostly for fast food and pizza.
