Valley Springs Pizza Factory, the family-style pizzeria at 1919 Vista Del Lago Dr Suite 5 in Valley Springs, CA, is changing hands. State filings show R and H Family Legacy LLC, led by Heather Ugale and Ronald Ugale, took over the location’s license on July, according to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. Gurdeep Bains, co-owner of the outgoing licensee VDL PF Inc, confirmed to What Now Sacramento that the business is being transferred to the new ownership group.

Pizza Factory is a chain built around a build-your-own-pizza model, along with salads, wings and other family-style options. The chain has grown to hundreds of locations across the western United States, and the Valley Springs restaurant has been part of that footprint since 2022 under Bains and co-owner Sandeep Brar.

Valley Springs is a small community in Calaveras County, and Pizza Factory has built a big following there over the years, known locally for its build-your-own pizza options and casual family atmosphere. The restaurant has drawn positive reviews on Tripadvisor and Yelp, and continues normal operations at the same address during the ownership change.
