7-Eleven is expanding its presence in Stanislaus County with a new location coming to 2099 Fulkerth Road in Turlock, according to records from the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The world’s largest convenience store chain is expanding its footprint in the Central Valley, bringing its signature mix of snacks, drinks, and everyday essentials to the area.
The liquor license was transferred from an existing 7-Eleven located in Los Angeles, suggesting this could be a relocation or part of the company’s broader store expansion strategy. The company, owned by Japanese conglomerate Seven & i Holdings, has been steadily growing its California presence in recent years, with several new stores opening across the Central Valley. They have more than 13,000 locations across the United States and Canada, they continue to grow its California presence with new and updated stores in different markets.
Turlock, located in the heart of the Central Valley about 100 miles southeast of San Francisco, is one of the fastest-growing cities in Stanislaus County, with a population of over 75,000 residents. The Fulkerth Road corridor is a busy commercial area that connects the city’s retail, industrial, and residential zones, making it a visible spot for another convenience store location.
