Crust Pizza is planning a new restaurant in San Antonio’s Stone Oak area, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The restaurant is planned for Suite 130 at Stone Oak Mercantile, 20135 Stone Oak Parkway, where the company will build out approximately 2,702 square feet of tenant space for a restaurant.
According to the filing, the project carries an estimated construction cost of $400,000. Work is expected to begin on November 30, 2026, with completion anticipated by May 15, 2027.
The project will involve an interior build-out of the leased space to accommodate the restaurant. The filing does not provide additional details about the planned design, menu or number of employees.
The project is privately funded by the tenant, with Canyon Golf JV Developers Ltd. listed as the property owner. Derek Campbell is listed as the tenant contact.
As of this writing, additional details about the upcoming Crust Pizza location, including its anticipated opening date, have not been announced.
