Mia’s Mexican Grill is preparing for a major remodel at its San Antonio location, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The project is planned at 18303 Blanco Road and calls for renovations to the existing 4,530-square-foot restaurant. The filing lists an estimated construction cost of $800,000.

According to the filing, the project will involve a remodel for a full-service restaurant. Construction is expected to begin on October 1, 2026, with completion anticipated by May 5, 2027.

The project is privately funded by the tenant, although no tenant is identified separately in the filing. Loop 1604 Group LLC is listed as the property owner.

SA Partnership Architects, a San Antonio-based architecture firm, is listed as the design firm for the project.

The filing does not provide additional details about the planned renovations, including whether the restaurant will receive an updated dining room, kitchen improvements or other new features.
