A new dual-branded Dunkin’ and Jimmy John’s restaurant is planned for 4855 Roosevelt Ave., Suite 100, according to a recently filed project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The nearly 2,000-square-foot project calls for a Dunkin’ & Jimmy John’s drive-thru restaurant inside an existing retail shell building. Construction is expected to begin in September and wrap up by the end of January 2027, according to the filing. Andy Ali is listed as the franchisee owner for this location.
The combination restaurant brings together two of Inspire Brands’ concepts. Dunkin’ is known for its coffee, doughnuts, and breakfast menu, while Jimmy John’s specializes in sandwiches and wraps.
Inspire Brands first tested the dual-branded concept in 2022 at its Atlanta Global Support Center before expanding the format to additional markets. The company also owns brands including Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Sonic.
The hybrid format allows both brands to operate from a single location, while serving customers throughout different parts of the day.
What Now San Antonio reached out to Andy Ali for additional information and will update this article as more details become available.
