Peachwave is preparing to expand its San Antonio footprint with a new location at Cottonwood Point, according to a permit recently filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The upcoming frozen yogurt shop is planned for 5420 Wiseman Blvd., Suite 103, where the project will involve a full build-out from shell space totaling 1,680 square feet.
According to the filing, construction is scheduled to begin on February 2, 2026, with completion targeted for May 10, 2026. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $345,000. While speaking to WhatNow San Antonio, Wendi Torres, the publican, confirmed that they were the owner of this location.
The permit lists the scope of work as a full interior build-out of the vacant space. MM Wisewood LTD is listed as the property owner, while LHS Architects is serving as the project’s design firm. Wendi Torres is listed as the tenant on the filing.
Founded in 2003, Peachwave is known for its self-serve frozen yogurt, gelato and dairy-free dessert offerings, allowing guests to customize their treats with a wide variety of toppings.
