Stout’s Coffee, a South Texas coffee shop focused on specialty drinks and community service, is planning a new location in Devine at 635 E. Hondo Avenue.
The company’s new location is planned as a ground-up construction project, according to TDLR filings. The $500,000 privately funded project is expected to begin on Aug. 1, 2026, and be completed by Dec. 31, 2026. Plans include a new coffee shop building with drive-thru lanes and site improvements. Customers can expect Stout’s Coffee’s signature drinks, espresso beverages, energy drinks, teas, seasonal offerings, and breakfast items.
Founded by Collin “Stout” Stoutamire, Stout’s Coffee currently operates its original location at 14840 Main Street in Lytle, Texas. The brand was created around Stoutamire’s background as a firefighter, paramedic, and Air Force Pararescueman, with the company focusing on serving early risers, first responders, tradespeople, and other members of the community.
Stout’s Coffee works with local roaster What’s Brewing Roasting Company to provide its coffee offerings and has built its menu around drinks with names and stories connected to the company’s customers and team. The Devine location will mark an expansion for the brand as it continues growing beyond its Lytle location.
The menu includes signature drinks such as the Soaring Eagle, made with espresso, caramel, vanilla, half and half, cold foam, and caramel drizzle, along with the Man Card, featuring cold brew, Irish cream, milk, and bourbon caramel cold foam. Customers can also order classics such as lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, macchiatos, mochas, and cold brew.
Beyond Coffee, Stout’s Coffee offers signature energy drinks made with Red Bull, refreshers, teas, frappes, kids’ drinks, and breakfast items including muffins, breakfast croissants, and kolaches. The new Devine location will bring the company’s drive-thru-focused coffee concept to another South Texas community while continuing its focus on service and local connections.
