Game Show Battle Rooms is planning a new San Antonio location at Landmark North, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The entertainment concept is planned for 5518 North Loop 1604 West, where the company will build out approximately 3,700 square feet of tenant space within a new shell building at the Landmark North development.

According to the filing, the project carries an estimated construction cost of $700,000. Construction is expected to begin on October 15, 2026, with completion anticipated by January 1, 2027.

The interior build-out will include new restrooms, exit access, a small bar and game show rooms, according to the project filing.

The project is privately funded by the tenant, with Landmark North Ltd. listed as the property owner. David Sauer is listed as the tenant contact.

Studio M Architects, based in Minneapolis, is listed as the design firm, while Andy S. Castillo is identified as the registered accessibility specialist for the project.

The filing does not provide additional details about the planned game show experiences, menu or anticipated opening date.
