Binge Coffee House is expanding into the Bay Area with a new location planned for 530 Valencia St. in San Francisco’s Mission District. On its Instagram account, the company recently announced it is hiring baristas and shift leads for the upcoming café, signaling that preparations are underway for its newest outpost.

In an Instagram post, Binge Coffee House described the new location as just a few minutes’ walk from a BART station and invited prospective employees to join the growing team. While an opening date has not yet been announced, the hiring effort suggests the café could debut in the Summer

Known for its modern take on Vietnamese coffee culture, Binge Coffee House was founded by Minh Nguyen and offers matcha beverages, alongside bánh mì sandwiches, pandan waffles, fruit teas, and other specialty drinks. Through its existing cafés, the brand has developed a following among students, remote workers, and coffee enthusiasts seeking both traditional Vietnamese flavors and contemporary café offerings.

On its website, the company says its inspiration comes from “the bustling streets of Saigon, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air and each cup is an invitation to slow down and savor the moment,” a philosophy reflected in its menu of traditional Vietnamese coffees, matcha drinks, and café fare.
