According to a recent beer and wine license application, Day Moon Bakery — a staple at the popular Clement Street Farmer’s Market — is opening its first brick-and-mortar shop. The business is coming to 3928 Irving Street in San Francisco’s Outer Sunset neighborhood, near establishments like Clancey’s Market, the wine bar Palm City, and the bicycle repair shop Swell Bicycles.

What Now San Francisco reached out to the bakery’s owner, Wendy Williams, who confirmed the address, but was unable to provide additional information before the time of publication.

While the shop’s menu hasn’t been confirmed, the bakery currently offers various types of bread — including rye porridge bread, seeded white wheat baguettes, cinnamon raisin bread, and sesame buns — as well as strawberry cherry scones and chocolate chip cookies.

An opening date has not yet been announced, so follow Day Moon Bakery on Instagram for additional updates. In the meantime, find the business at Clement Street Farmer’s Market on Sundays from 9 am until 2 pm.
