According to SF Eater, San Francisco’s Portuguese restaurant Adega is reopening due to popular demand.

Resuming business at its previous address — 1614 Alum Rock Avenue, near establishments such as El Rincon de Rita, Mariscos Costa Alegre, and Mexico Bakery — the eatery will offer the tasting menu it became known for when it opened in the neighborhood back in 2015, featuring Portuguese staples such as bacalhau, octopus, and sardines.

The concept’s owner, Carlos Carreira, tells What Now San Francisco, “People kept asking us to reopen.” He continues, “We’ve been able to build a really great team in the kitchen and the front of the house.”

Adega is slated to reopen on Friday, November 15.
