According to SFist, Chef Bruno Chemel — the restaurateur behind the two-Michelin-starred restaurant Baumé in Palo Alto and Bistronomie by Baumé — is planning to debut a new concept near Union Square.

Coming to 185 Sutter Street — taking over the former home of Gaspar Brasserie — Le Parc Bistrobar will land near establishments such as Green Olive, Julie’s Kitchen, and Ladle & Leaf.

“The space sits beneath the Galleria Park Hotel, three blocks from Union Square, and the former restaurant opened in 2014 with a swanky remodel under the leadership of restaurateur Franck LeClerc, of Café Claude fame,” the journal shares.

On the menu, locals can expect to find “classic French cuisine with an emphasis on fresh, seasonal ingredients,” according to a recent press release — with plates ranging from coq au vin to steak frites.

Le Parc Bistrobar is slated to open this summer. Stay tuned for updates.
