Tong Sui is preparing to open a new location at 747 W. Dana St. in Mountain View, bringing the Sunnyvale-founded dessert and beverage concept to another Peninsula city. The opening is expected in October, according to The Almanac. The publication also highlights Tong Sui hopes to expand to 12 locations over the next year. The Mountain View shop will be part of the company’s ongoing Bay Area expansion.
Founded by Debby Wang in 2019, Tong Sui has expanded to seven locations and is planning additional growth. The company is known for desserts and drinks inspired by Asian flavors, with coconut pudding serving as one of its signature offerings.
The Mountain View location will offer Tong Sui’s lineup of coconut puddings, fruit smoothies, and tea beverages. Among the brand’s reported top sellers are the Mango Mochi Coconut Pudding, Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Pudding and Coco Mango, which combines mango puree, whole milk, green tea and crystal boba.
Tong Sui’s coconut puddings are served with fresh fruit, while the beverage menu includes fruit-based drinks and tea creations. The concept has continued expanding from its Sunnyvale roots, with planned locations in other Bay Area communities.
