The Storehouse is preparing to open at 2455 Railroad Ave., Livermore according to a California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control license application. The application, filed by Good Manor LLC, seeks an On-Sale General Eating Place license for the downtown property. Although the pending ABC license indicates the project continues to move through the regulatory process, no opening date has been announced.
According to Livermore Vine, the project was previously introduced as The Storehouse – New Provisions, a micro food hall planned for the former Pennyweight Craft Brewing site. The publication reported that the concept planned to include various food and retail vendors operating from a shared location.
On the commercial real estate site LoopNet, the project listing includes a bar operated by Good Manor LLC., along with retail kiosks and designated food truck parking for additional vendors.
Plans for The Storehouse include indoor and outdoor vendor spaces, pop-up businesses, and shared seating areas. The concept also calls for space for restaurants, beverage operators, and boutique retailers, with community events and live music proposed as part of the overall project.
