A new Queex store is preparing to open at 190 S Main St, Milpitas, according to a license filing with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
The filing identifies Queex Inc. as the licensee and shows a request for an Off-Sale General license, which allows the sale of beer, wine, and distilled spirits for consumption off the premises.
The public filing, through the ABC San Jose office, lists Sunil Adhikari as the company’s president, but the application does not disclose an opening date.
According to the company’s website, Queex operates as a retail brand. The company is associated with Galamart, a convenience store in Sunnyvale that offers a selection of grocery items, beverages, and other convenience products.
Additional details about the Milpitas location, including its product selection and opening date, have not been announced. However, the Galamart social media account, which lists the same company affiliation, shows a range of convenience products, including South Asian grocery offerings.
