Cup of Jones Espresso plans to open its first brick-and-mortar cafe at 9915 224th St. E., Unit 218, in Graham in early 2027, The News Tribune reported.
Owner Catherine Buck-Jones told What Now Seattle that the team is targeting an early 2027 opening, though the schedule remains dependent on the health department.
The cafe will give Cup of Jones a permanent home after several years as a mobile coffee business. Buck-Jones and her husband, Miles, started the company in 2022 after she spent about 15 years working at coffee stands across the Pacific Northwest.
Cup of Jones began with a coffee cart and later added a trailer and truck. The mobile fleet serves weddings, corporate events, festivals, and other special occasions throughout Washington.
Buck-Jones initially considered opening a drive-thru before deciding to pursue a full cafe. Plans for the Graham location include coffee drinks, breakfast and lunch items, ice cream, and other treats.
Cup of Jones’ current beverage menu includes espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and energy drinks, with more than 30 flavor options and rotating seasonal specials.
