Brian Clevenger’s General Harvest Restaurants is expanding beyond Seattle with plans to bring two of its restaurant concepts to Suncadia Social, a new retail village taking shape in Cle Elum.

According to a recent report from the Puget Sound Business Journal, Eldr. and G.H. Pasta & Pizza are expected to open later this summer at Suncadia Social, located at 3600 Suncadia Trail

The development is part of the larger Suncadia Social project, a new community hub designed to offer shopping, dining, and gathering spaces near Suncadia Resort.

Chef and restaurateur Brian Clevenger is the owner of General Harvest Restaurants, a Seattle-based hospitality group behind concepts including Vendemmia, Raccolto, East Anchor Seafood, Haymaker, Eldr., and G.H. Pasta & Pizza.

The upcoming Suncadia locations will mark Eldr.’s second outpost and G.H. Pasta & Pizza’s third location.

Originally opened in Seattle’s Sunset Hill neighborhood, Eldr. centers around live-fire cooking and Pacific Northwest ingredients.

The concept highlights wood-fired preparations featuring premium proteins, sustainably sourced seafood, and seasonal produce. The restaurant recently reopened after temporarily closing following a fire.

Meanwhile, G.H. Pasta & Pizza has built a following through its approachable menu of house-made pastas and sourdough pizzas crafted with seasonal ingredients.

Current menu offerings include dishes such as Spaghetti with beef and pork bolognese, Rigatoni with tomato and burrata, and pizzas like the mushroom-forward “Fun Guy” and the pepperoni-topped “The Classic.”

An exact opening timeline for Eldr. and G.H. Pasta & Pizza has not yet been announced. What Now Seattle reached out to General Harvest Restaurants, and this article may be updated as more information becomes available.
