Harbor Bar is preparing to reopen at 749 Point Brown Ave. NW, Suite B, in Ocean Shores under new ownership.
The business changed hands in 2025, and a recent liquor license application filed with the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board lists Katie Hudkins and Patrick McDonald-Hudkins as the new applicants.
The filing keeps the Harbor Bar name and seeks approval for spirits, beer, wine, restaurant service, and tavern privileges. An opening date has not been announced.
Before the ownership change, Harbor Bar operated as a casual neighborhood spot for food, drinks, and watching games. Its previous menu included burgers, fish and chips, popcorn shrimp, scallops, calamari, clam chowder, and fish tacos.
It is not yet clear whether the new owners will keep those dishes or bring in a different menu.
What Now Seattle reached out to Harbor Bar for more information and will update this article as additional details become available.
