Athleisure Collective expects to open at the Port of Everett’s Waterfront Place in early 2027, founder and CEO Briana Bowers told What Now Seattle. It will be the company’s second location, following its Arlington studio.
The business will occupy approximately 4,000 square feet in Marina Village, along with an adjacent patio. The Port of Everett Commission approved a 10-year lease for the space, according to a Port announcement. The storefront will face the South Marina promenade between Anthony’s HomePort and Woodfire.
The Everett location will include three fitness studios, a cafe, and a retail area. Athleisure Collective’s current class schedule covers reformer Pilates, cycling, strength training, yoga, barre, HIIT, dance, and programs for parents and children.
The company also offers individual coaching, infrared sauna sessions, recovery services, online workouts, and events.
Athleisure Collective also operates a cafe at its Arlington location, serving smoothies, juices, light bites, baked goods, snacks, and nonalcoholic drinks. In Everett, the cafe will be open to members and other waterfront visitors. The space will also include a retail shop.
Bowers began developing Athleisure Collective in 2017 and launched the business online in 2020. Its first physical location opened four years later at 3806 166th Pl. NE in Arlington.
