Sushi by Bou has established itself as much more than a mere restaurant; the high-end Japanese establishment is an entire dining experience. Curious Reston foodies will soon be able to see (and taste) for themselves. The concept is opening a new location in the Reston Town Center, as evidenced by a post on popular Facebook group Reston VA Foodies.

Sushi by Bou has applied for a liquor license at 1800 Presidents Street, Suite B with the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority. Locals may recognize that address as the Hyatt Regency hotel, a bustling and appealing location for a sophisticated dining experience.

Sushi by Bou invites guests to enjoy a truly memorable night out that Reston diners are certain to welcome with open arms. SimpleVenue Director of Marketing Rachel Gerwe provided an amuse bouche for local foodies who simply cannot wait to find out what’s in store: “Sushi by Boū is known for redefining the traditional omakase format through high-energy, speakeasy-style sushi counters led by seasoned chefs. The brand offers three distinct omakase tiers—Signature, Boūgie, and the newest premium tier, Boū Reserve—each designed to deliver a chef-driven, immersive tasting experience. Guests enjoy an approachable yet elevated environment featuring curated music, intimate counter seating, and interactions with chefs who guide the journey course by course.”

While the Reston Town Center location will be Sushi by Bou’s first Virginia home, the concept is not a stranger to the DMV. The restaurant has another storefront open and operational in DC.

While Sushi by Bou does not yet have a firm opening date for its next area home, Gerwe states that SimpleVenue is aiming to have the restaurant open at some point late this year.
