Sunnyvale’s Boba Drive bills itself as one of the only bubble tea shops in the area with ample seating. And apparently, its tea is worth sitting down for and appreciating.
Boba Drive’s Sunnyvale location boasts a good chunk of rave Yelp reviews, including one yelper who claimed the tea shop’s brown sugar milk was “like drinking liquid gold.” And it appears Boba Drive is taking advantage of its success — the tea shop is opening a second location in San Jose, at 2067 Camden Avenue, at the Camden Park shopping mall in Cambrian.
There’s no word yet on an opening date, and we don’t know what kind of seating the 1,300 square-foot space will offer, but if the new location’s menu looks anything like the original’s, its tea will speak for itself.
