Foxtrot Market has filed a liquor license application with the City of Chicago for 171 N. Green St. in Chicago’s Fulton Market, marking the company’s work towards opening its flagship store in the development recently completed by Shapack. Block Club Chicago reports not only will Foxtrot open a new store at that address, it will also relocate its headquarters to the office building.

According to Block Club, Foxtrot Market has leased a 25,000 square foot space, making the location the company’s second storefront in West Loop. The brand new 645,000 square-foot office building is also home to The Mews, a covered corridor of retail spaces between Green and Halsted Streets. An opening date has not been announced.

By now we suspect you’re pretty familiar with Foxtrot and its glorious 30-minute delivery guarantee. The company has designed its highly convenient convenience stores to be easily shoppable online or in-person, and the coffee’s pretty great too.

You’ll want to keep an eye on the Fulton Market opening if you’re in the area as Foxtrot recently unveiled a line of holiday drinks sure to keep you warm through these darker, colder days. Black Currant Sencha, Cascara Cider, and Peppermint White Mocha—the only difficult task will be choosing!
