Little Alley Steak is reopening in Buckhead tomorrow after being closed for nearly a year. The steakhouse in late-2019 was temporarily shuttered after a small kitchen fire. The plan was to reopen in early 2020. And then the pandemic hit. Now, months later, Little Alley Steak will start serving guests again on Wednesday, September 16, a spokesperson Tuesday told What Now Atlanta in an email. “An accidental kitchen fire forced the popular steakhouse, located in One Alliance Center, to shut down last November,” the spokesperson said. “Then the pandemic hit in March, so the doors have been closed for nearly a year.”

Little Alley Steak, which operates its original outpost in Roswell, will be open Monday through Thursday, 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“It’s been a challenge but we are excited to be back,” Youssef Chakrani, Little Alley Steak’s general manager, said in a prepared statement. “We have lots of outdoor seating and the dining rooms will be properly spaced, so our guests will feel comfortable.”

Little Alley Steak replaced Aja in One Alliance Center. The massive steakhouse, even ahead of last year’s kitchen fire, got off on the wrong foot, opening nearly a year later than anticipated. It was originally aiming for a July 1, 2017 debut.
