Poke Moon is heading for Encinitas, offering a new experience in Poke and Ramen. The restaurant is putting final touches on their location in Encinitas Village Shopping Center, near the new outpost of The Cottage.

While details about their menu have yet to be shared, the restaurant will serve traditional Japanese Ramen dishes, house made gyoza and other appetizers, poke, and imported beverages.

Resembling that of a real life Poké ball, their poke bowls are served in clear cylindrical bowls. Fresh ingredients like your choice of seafood, veggies, toppings, and sauces can be tossed together inside. Check out the demo video on their Website

Owner Ian Park tells What Now San Diego we should be on the lookout for more coming from Poke Moon soon. The brand is expected to expand to franchising down the road.

Poke Moon is expected to open by August 2022. Look out for more by checking out their Website and following on Instagram
