Tequila Blues is where the soul of blues music and the rich flavors of tequila come together. After closing recently, the establishment will be reopening at 4611 Peoria St., records from the City of Denver show.

The business boasts an impressive selection of signature drinks, all named after renowned blues musicians: the “Buddy Guy” house margarita, ”The Harplin” for Beth Hart and Janis Joplin, “The Etta James”, “The Jimmy Hendrix Purple Haze”, and more.

The bar invites patrons to enjoy daily tequila happy hours from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M., and wine specials from 3:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Wednesdays. There are also live music, open mic nights, and private events.

Its 32nd. Ave location, which shared a space with Highland Cork and Café, hosted food trucks on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This new property is the old shell of Trina’s Place, a Southern comfort food spot that closed.
