This fall, Cherry Creek’s Clayton Hotel & Members Club will welcome Amorina, an Italian cocktail bar concept. This new establishment, which will be located at 231 Clayton St., comes from Culinary Creative Group, Denver Post reports.
Amorina will take over the former Cretans space at 231 Clayton Street, and it will be one of the two new ventures the hospitality company will operate within the Clayton Hotel. The other venture is a nightclub called The Sterling Denver.
An Italian term of endearment meaning “little love”, Amorina will be an upscale bar with a focus on housemade and hand-stretched mozzarella. Culinary Creative’s Chief Culinary Officer, Chef Max MacKissock, will helm the menu development, and partner Nicole Lebedevitch will run the beverage program.
Founded by Juan Padró, the Culinary Creative Group has made a significant impact on Denver’s dining scene with its diverse portfolio of restaurants and bars. The group is known for acclaimed spots like Michelin-recommended A5 Steakhouse, Mister Oso, and Bar Dough.
