A new restaurant is preparing to open its doors at Dolphin Mall. Described as a place “where Latin flavors and a touch of sugar create perfect harmony,” Factoría de Azúcar will launch at the mall before the end of the year.
Details on the menu are still under wraps, but a few images posted to the Factoría de Azúcar Instagram page drop hints: we see a mojito; we see savory dishes; we see sweets, too.
“It’s all about EL SABOR, the vibe, and LOS AMIGOS,” says one post.
What Now confirmed news of the opening with co-owner Nelson Martinez on Friday. Martinez said it is still too soon to share more menu details, but What Now is awaiting more information.
Opening at Dolphin Mall, Factoría de Azúcar will join restaurants like Apropo Crepes, Bowl N Curry, Bowlero, Charcoal’s Latin Grill, El Gran Inka Peruvian Gastrobar, and many more.
