Vine Hospitality’s LB Steak is opening a second location in San Ramon at City Center Bishop Ranch. The restaurant’s first location on San Jose’s Santana Row has been open for over a decade.

The menu, helmed by chef and James Beard nominee Roland Passot, will have a modern American flare, and, in traditional steak house fashion, will offer cuts of prime Angus and Wagyu beef, sustainably sourced seafood, a variety of sides, and an extensive wine list.

The new steakhouse, much like the original, will have major cowboy energy. Expect leather and suede accents, dark, textured wood walls, a brass bar top, and braided details. There will be plenty of indoor seating, a room for private dining, and an outdoor patio complete with more seating and fire pits.

LB Steak will open for dinner on May 26th at 6000 Bollinger Canyon Road. You don’t have to be a cowboy to eat there, but you do have to come hungry. And you might get some special treatment if you show up in a bolo tie.
