According to an article from the Daily Herald, a new concept called Quentin Tap aims to debut in Palatine at 783 N Quentin Road.

“We’re targeting the end of April for our grand opening. We’re working hard to finalize all the details and will announce the official date very soon,” co-owner George Tselos told What Now Chicago.

“Patrons can look forward to delicious, made-from-scratch comfort food. Our menu features everything from hand-tossed pizzas and homemade appetizers to juicy smash burgers and all your favorite bar snacks but elevated with fresh ingredients. The vibe is warm and inviting, perfect for casual get-togethers, watching the game with friends, or enjoying a meal with the family.”

“I’m the co-owner of Quentin Tap, along with my father. It’s a really special project for me because I’m partnering with my dad on this venture. He’s been in the restaurant business his whole life, and I’ve owned Emerson’s Ale House for the past 10 years and more recently opened Lady Dahlia Tequila Bar, so we’re combining our experience to create something unique. We also felt that the neighborhood needed a place like this.”

According to the Daily Herald article, “Quentin Tap, 783 N. Quentin Road, at the southeast corner of Quentin and Northwest Highway, will move into the 3,378-square-foot space formerly occupied by Oak Alley.”

“The space has been vacant since 2022. The shopping center also includes a dance studio, the Palatine Township Republican Organization, and a pharmacy.”
