Ratio Beerworks is expanding to a second location in Denver! Their new location will be on 2030 South Cherokee Street, where they’ll be taking over Declaration Brewing’s former location. Declaration Brewing closed shop last year. Ratio Beerworks will be taking over both the location and Declaration Brewing’s brewing equipment.
Ratio Beerworks “started in the punk scene back in the late 90’s,” according to their official website. “Over the years that energy has been channeled into brewing, learning the craft in Germany and honing our skills at some of the most respected breweries in Colorado.”
Apart from their solid beer selection, Ratio is also known for its art and music program. Follow their Instagram page for updates.
