Chef Seth Tatman is the owner of the popular NoCo food truck The Munchie Machine, which he started during the pandemic in response to all the service industry jobs shutting down. He’s looking to take his successful mobile business and go brick-and-mortar, he tells What Now Denver.

Tatman has 15 years of kitchen experience and says he prides himself on “making the best quality food dishes, drinks, and snacks”. The Munchie Machine serves fresh-made burgers, Philly cheesesteaks, wings, fries, milkshakes, and a full coffee menu in places around Weld and Larimer Counties.

“The Munchie Machine is hoping to bring on some staff that would like to grow with the company and tackle even larger events,” Tatman explains. “I am marching ever closer to the goal of getting into a brick-and-mortar establishment.”

Posts online show the business is hiring for part-time cooks/kitchen staff, event staff, and part-time delivery driver positions. The company does a number of catering events, as well as farmers’ markets.
