Fabio Viviani, Entrepreneur and Restauranteur is slated to open a new restaurant at 1040 Woodward Avenue in One Campus Martius, according to Eater Detroit. The name is currently unknown.
The Fabio Viviani Restaurants‘ website lists Bar Chicchetti Booze & Bites as “coming soon” to Detroit. Though it is unconfirmed as to whether that will be the residing restaurant.
The menu of the new joint is currently unknown at the time. What Now Detroit spoke with Viviani on Wednesday, he declined to comment on the concept.
As it stands, the general vibe of the restaurant is expected to be a more upscale vibe based on previous Viviani restaurants.
The new outpost will reside in a Downtown Bedrock Detroit-owned space, formerly Calexico. The restaurant will be the first of Viviani’s in Michigan.
Fabio Viviani’s Restaurants is known for a variety of bar and dining concepts, Jars, The Eatery, and 2Ten to name a few.
