Presotea, the leading Taiwanese boba tea franchise is entering Novi at Michigan’s first Asian-themed, mixed-use real estate development, Sakura Novi. The development sits at the intersection of Town Center Drive and Grand River Avenue and is set to break the grounds on Tuesday, October, 10th.

Originated in Taiwan, Presotea puts flavors and quality at equal priorities. Using only the freshest and safest ingredients, Presotea’s beverages highlight the natural flavor of quality tea leaves harvested from the biggest contracted tea farm in Taiwan.

Currently, Presotea has two other franchise locations in Michigan, located in Commerce Township and Auburn Hills, respectively. The Sakura Novi Presotea will carry Presotea brand’s best sellers, including the A -Li -Shan Iced Tea with high mountain oolong tea with hint of sugar cane flavor, the Panda Milk Tea, which is Presotea’s signature ceylon milk tea with black and white pearl, and the Signature Fruit Tea, made with white peach oolong tea infused with passion fruit, pineapple, orange and apple slices. Other menu items include gourmet blended beverages, gourmet brown sugar milk teas, and various handcraft gourmet tea and fruit tea options.

“We want to bring a fresh spin on bubble tea, that is made to order and hand crafted, while also introducing familiar food items as well as new concepts to the Novi area. With our technique, we are able to hand craft a beverage on demand, without sacrificing the taste or quality,” Presotea Sakura Novi’s owner, Jim Tran, told What Now Detroit in an email.
