Stock TC, a vibrant multi‑story Italian bistro and grocery concept, is expanding with a new location set to open at 57 Yorkville Avenue in Toronto.
The company’s second site will move into the former home of Pusateri’s Fine Foods, which has been vacant since the grocer closed the location in early 2024, according to Blog TO. The new Stock TC is still in early stages, and no opening date has been set. The Yorkville storefront, measuring 5,500 square feet, had operated as a Pusateri’s for over two decades before the company filed for bankruptcy in September 2024. It was one of several locations shuttered during the restructuring, leaving only the flagship store at Avenue and Lawrence open.
Stock TC is a collaboration between Italian restaurant group Terroni and butcher shop Cumbrae’s. Its first location at 2388 Yonge Street combines a grocery market, bakery, and restaurant. The Yorkville site is expected to follow a similar model. Customers can expect a combination of high-quality prepared foods, fresh baked goods, and premium grocery items. The new location will likely feature in-house Italian meals, cured meats, and imported specialty products. Similar to the original site, it will offer both dine-in and take-home options.
The upcoming Stock TC location at 57 Yorkville Avenue is set to land in one of Toronto’s most high-profile retail corners, offering prime visibility along both Bay Street and Yorkville Avenue. With approximately 220 feet of wraparound frontage, the site is ideal for attracting foot traffic from locals, tourists, and nearby office workers. Surrounded by luxury retailers like Chanel, KITH, and Versace, Stock TC will be joining a well-established community of premium brands. On-site underground parking and a dedicated shipping and receiving area add convenience for both customers and operations. With over 10,000 square feet of space and strong neighbourhood demographics, this location is an excellent fit for Stock TC’s premium grocery and dining concept.
