A new coffee shop spearheaded by a local TV station will soon open in Plymouth.
WDIV-TV announced in an article they are opening Fourgrounds with Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company at 995 W Ann Arbor Road. This is the company that will be providing freshly brewed coffee. The new shop is coming in September.
“Our greatest passion is bringing people together over great coffee, and we’re thrilled to help create a space that keeps Plymouth buzzing with energy, engagement and local flavor,” said Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company Owner Greg Miracle in a statement.
At the 1,400 square-foot space, there will be real-time headlines and local news, daily broadcasts and coffee served in-house. There will be a separate area for broadcasts. It is not confirmed if food will also be served.
Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company sells many bags of roasts, along with cans of nitro brew. The company has locations in Detroit and Bloomfield Hills. This would be the newest location with which they are partnering.
The location will be south of downtown Plymouth at the corner of Corrine Street. It is near Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken and The Bartisan Grill.
