The summer resort town is set to get the newest location from Teeko’s Acai Bowls very soon.
The business recently took to social media to announce their newest Teeko’s Acai Bowls will be in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. What Now Chicago previously reported about owners Nick and Theo Dimitriou opening the first Acai Bowl at 1220 US-45 Ste 300 in Vernon Hills last year. Now, it looks like the space has been acquired for 647 W Main Street in downtown Lake Geneva.
“Work is already underway and we are moving fast to get these doors open to serve the community that we have so much history with already,” says their Facebook post.
The restaurant offers many bowls including the signature Teeko’s Bowl with strawberries, bananas, granola and honey, the Berry Breeze Bowl, and more that feature flavors like fruits, peanut butter, cocoa nibs and granola. The menu for the new shop is expected to be similar if not the same.
The Daily Herald reported that the lease has been signed for the second location in Lake Geneva. The brothers previously opened the Chrissoulas Greek restaurant at 602 N Milwaukee Ave in Libertyville in 2018.
In their Facebook post, the business said following three months, the owners decided they were ready for a new location. A timeline has not yet been released to the public.
What Now Chicago reached out to the owners of Teeko’s Acai Bowls, but they were not available for comment.
