James Oliver Coffee is planning a new Brush Park shop soon after the opening of their Wyandotte location.
It was reported by Detroit Metro Times that the coffee company is planning on opening at 3100 Woodward Avenue as signs have been posted in the building’s windows.
The coffee company just opened their newest location at 3042 Biddle Avenue in Wyandotte. There are also shops at 1236 Michigan Avenue in Corktown and at 534 Griswold Street. It was started by James Oliver in New Hampshire, and his daughter Miranda Clark and son-in-law David Shock then took over the company and moved operations to Detroit.
James Oliver sells their own roasts, pastries, as well as candles and company apparel like mugs, shirts and even coffee makers. Their coffee is sold at Alma Kitchen in Grosse Point Park, The Baking Room in Clinton Township, Cannelle By Matt Knio in Ann Arbor and other locations in Michigan and New Hampshire.
This area of Woodward Avenue is near other restaurants like Pho Lucky Detroit, as well as the Detroit Medical Center Central Campus. According to the article, the new location on Woodward Avenue was once Cafe Alto, and before that New Order Coffee until 2021.
There has been no official announcement for the fourth location on social media.
