The Michigan-based breakfast restaurant is expanding in Lansing with another Detroit location on the horizon.
Anna’s House has been announcing on social media that their new location is coming to Lansing at 644 Migaldi Lane. In the announcement last month, construction was starting. Now, according to owner Josh Beckett, the restaurant is set to open in October.
“We’re just really excited to be there and go to the other side of Lansing,” Beckett told What Now Detroit.
Anna’s House currently operates in Ann Arbor, Okemos, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Byron Center, Holland, Grand Haven, Kalamazoo, Westland and Milford. Beckett said he will have another location coming to the Detroit area to announce in about a month.
The new restaurant is off W Saginaw Highway on the west side of town. It is taking the place of the old Tin Can bar and will be in the plaza next to Wing Snob. This is a commercial area, with Menards and Walmart nearby.
Their menu features vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free breakfast options. Everything from pancakes, bacon and eggs, french toast and eggs benedict, and breakfast bowls are offered. The company is also known for their fresh-squeezed juices and lattes.
“We focus on gluten-free, vegan, just good-quality breakfast,” Beckett said.
