Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings is bringing its hand-rolled dumplings and signature mapo tofu to yet another metro neighborhood: Golden Triangle. The upcoming location, slated to be at 180 W. 10th Ave., is the latest in a string of openings, the Denver Post reports.
Permitting activity for the new eatery shows that building plans were approved in June. Plans call for a 1,856-square-foot restaurant with a 870-square-foot dining area and an occupancy limit of 62 people. Empire Developed is listed on records, as are CITI Design Consultant, Inc. and Colorado Comfort Consulting Engineers, Inc.
The expansion has been confirmed by the company’s website, which lists the venue as “coming soon”, alongside a Longmont location and an upcoming New Jersey outpost. Currently, the chain has restaurants in Boulder, LoHi, Aurora, Parker, Colorado Springs, and one in New York. What Now Denver has covered a number of the openings.
Nana’s is known for its dumpling variety, including xiao long bao, shu mai, barbecue pork buns, and bite-sized “thumblings.” Beyond that, the menu features dishes like beef pancake rolls, honey chicken feet, and seasonal offerings such as braised beef shank and pan-seared sea bass in oyster sauce.
