Dallas diners can look forward to closing 2025 with some seriously great sandwiches, courtesy of some friends in Colorado. Snarf’s Sandwiches, a concept focused on making the most delicious versions of the titular dish through fresh and premium ingredients, is opening a new location in the Pavilion North Shopping Center, and it is coming relatively soon.

The deli is setting up shop at 7615 Campbell Road, Suite 104. Paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows that the storefront will occupy 3,287 square feet. Work began on the project on August 1 and is set to wrap by November 1. Dallas residents won’t need to wait until 2026 for one of the chain’s signature sandwiches; Snarf’s Director of Marketing Helen Wood tells What Now Dallas that the storefront should be open by the end of the year.

Snarf’s assembled its first sandwich in Boulder in 1996. The chain has expanded to nearly 50 locations, propelled by lovingly prepared cuisine. The website explains what’s in store: “Snarf’s award-winning sandwiches are made-to-order using only the finest ingredients including premium meats and cheeses, crisp veggies, our own blend of giardiniera peppers and homemade, oven-toasted bread available in white, wheat or gluten-free. We also offer fresh salads with homemade dressings, rotating soups, kid-sized subs, vegetarian options, desserts and a full catering menu.”
