Chick-fil-A will open a new Uptown Memphis location on September 25, creating jobs and adding another dining option to the neighborhood. Grand opening giveaways are planned for the customers.

Chick-fil-A Opens Another Location in Memphis

Located on Uptown Street, the new Chick-fil-A restaurant will officially open its doors on September 25. It is one of the largest fast-food chains in the nation, celebrated for its signature chicken sandwiches, warm customer service, and drive-thru operations. The new restaurant is expected to create approximately 120 local job opportunities.

The restaurant will serve all-time customers’ favorites, from Chick-fil-A Nuggets and Waffle Potato Fries to its classic breakfast menu and original Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches. Signature sauces such as Chick-fil-A Sauce, Polynesian, Honey Mustard, and Garden Herb Ranch will also be available.

The Uptown location will be owned and operated by Memphis native CeCe Glenn. Sharing her excitement about the opening, she said, “I believe this restaurant has the power to change lives here in Memphis, and I’m truly humbled to be entrusted with bringing Chick-fil-A’s care and hospitality to Uptown.”

She further added, “This community shaped who I am—my high school is just four minutes away — so for me, this restaurant is more than just a business venture; it’s a chance to invest in my team, serve my Guests with excellence, and be a light in the community I proudly call home.”

Grand Opening Giveaway

On September 25, Chick-fil-A Uptown Memphis will celebrate its grand opening with a fun and exclusive giveaway for its customers. Guests arriving dressed in cow-inspired attire will get one free entrée or kids’ meal. The offer is only available at the Uptown Memphis location.

The free entrée can be redeemed for select breakfast, lunch, or dinner items such as Chick-fil-A Biscuits, Egg White Grill, Chick-n-Minis, or a classic chicken sandwich. The offer is limited to one item per guest in cow-spotted attire; no purchase is required.

Giving Back to Society

With the new opening of another Chick-fil-A location in Uptown Memphis, the restaurant has reaffirmed its commitment to giving back to the community. Chick-fil-A will donate $25,000 to the Mid-South Food Bank to support the local hunger relief efforts and provide food for the families in need.

Additionally, the restaurant is also building strong relationships with the community by partnering with several hospitals in the area to host fundraisers and support local initiatives with sponsorships.

Marking these new beginnings as a major milestone, Chick-fil-A boosts its popularity and expansion plans across the country.
