After wowing the dining scene with its modern food halls, a culinary powerhouse is preparing to diversify its offerings in DC. Wonder, which has had an undeniably momentous 2025, is planning to continue its hot streak by opening Electric Jane, an event space complete with signature drinks and a speakeasy vibe, reports Wtopnews.

Electric Jane will be splitting a 4,000 square foot ground floor space with Detroit Brick Pizza Co. at 1630 14th Street NW. The club will be occupying the larger portion of the storefront, with 2,400 square feet dedicated to its guests. The two concepts and neighbors will be preparing food and drinks in a shared 675-square-foot kitchen.

Electric Jane will focus heavily on live musical performances. DC residents can expect DJs, jazz, and a variety of bands Tuesdays through Sundays. Live performances will not be held on Mondays.

An opening date is not yet available for the venue, which will be able to seat between 90 and 110 guests, however Electric Jane anticipates being customer-ready at some point in the upcoming winter. The new venue is certain to bring a little extra heat to the cold months, with a Wonder spokesperson hinting at what’s in store, saying: “The speakeasy-inspired venue will host live music acts alongside a menu of signature drinks and fluffy, crispy square pies.”
