Dallas Francophiles, get ready to enjoy your first sip of a New York favorite with an intense Parisian influence. Maman Coffee is preparing to make its Texas debut in the Plaza at Preston Center and should be open before the year is out, reports the Dallas Business Journal.

Information provided to What Now Dallas states that the cafe will be occupying the 1,931 square feet space at 4004 Villanova Street left vacant when Trova Wine Bar + Market closed in January of this year. Maman does not yet have a precise opening date for its inaugural DFW storefront, however a representative states that it is “Estimated to open by Thanksgiving week.”

Continuing its long tradition of being a culinary trailblazer, Dallas will be a first for Maman; prior to this impending DFW location, the chain has been concentrated on the East Coast.

Dallas diners will be able to choose from a menu resplendent with decadent options, including pastries, quiches, soups, salads, sandwiches, and tartines all alongside a celebrated coffee program.
