According to public filings, Stretch Zone is planning to open a new studio at 800 Windhaven Pkwy, within the Castle Hills Retail center in Lewisville, with construction to wrap by mid-October, 2026. The location already appears on Stretch Zone’s own website under a Castle Hills, Texas page marked “Coming Soon.”
What Now Dallas reached out to franchisee Amir Khan, manager of Masti Enterprises LLC, to inquire about an opening timeline but have not received a response before press time.
Stretch Zone studios pair clients with trained stretch practitioners who guide them through assisted stretching sessions designed to improve mobility, flexibility and overall muscle function. Rather than having clients stretch on their own, practitioners do the physical work, using the brand’s patented stabilization technique to isolate and lengthen specific muscles.
The Castle Hills studio adds to a national growth streak for the franchise. Stretch Zone has been expanding rapidly in recent years, recently opening locations in markets including Spring, Texas; Livingston, New Jersey; Mount Prospect, Illinois; and Joplin, Missouri, among others.
Castle Hills is a large, master-planned residential community spanning parts of Lewisville and The Colony, built around a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and apartment communities along the Windhaven Parkway corridor. The retail center anchoring this new Stretch Zone studio sits within that densely residential stretch, giving the brand a built-in customer base of nearby homeowners and renters.
