There are few things in life better than a truly great pizza. A hot slice can make even the worst day better and luckily for Memphis residents, a popular chain is bringing a fresh dose the pizza’s healing power to the region. Rotolo’s Craft & Crust has set its sights on a new Lakeland Town Square storefront, with an opening planned for next year, reports Commercial Appeal.

The pizzeria will be opening at 9790 Market Green Place North in a 4,200 square foot storefront. While a precise opening date is not yet available, franchisee Blair Bobo kindly confirmed with What Now Memphis that she is hopeful the the restaurant will be open by spring of 2026.

The Lakeland Town Square location will not be Memphis’s first slice of Rotolo’s pie. The chain has storefronts open in East Memphis, Collierville, and DeSoto County.

Rotolo’s announced the new Lakeland Town Square pizzeria via social media, telling future regulars to “Get ready for delicious pizzas, beers, and more.” Locals can look forward to enjoying incredibly fresh pies, made using dough that is prepared in-house daily.

Guests will be able to choose from a menu featuring burgers, wings, soups, salads, and pastas, alongside a wide range of pizzas.

Rotolo’s began its culinary journey in Louisiana in 1996 and now has 32 locations spread across 6 states.
