Barmasters LLC, a Florida-based mobile bartending company, has filed for bankruptcy protection. The bartending company has filed for a Chapter 11 process to continue operations during the proceedings.

Barmasters LLC Seeks Bankruptcy Protection

According to Pacer, Barmasters LLC voluntarily filed for bankruptcy on November 26. The mobile bartending company submitted the petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

Barmasters LLC has been serving drink lovers across the country since 2017. Over the years, it has offered its mobile bartending services in more than 10,000 events, including weddings and private & corporate functions. It should also be noted that to date, Barmasters LLC has served in more than 49 U.S. states.

Attorney Daniel A Velasquez from Latham, Luna, Eden & Beaudine, LLP is legally representing Barmasters LLC in the latest case. Here are a few more basic details given in the filing:

According to PacerMonitor, attorney Daniel A Velasquez submitted the voluntary petition on behalf of the Florida-based bartending company. The filing shows that this Chapter 11 process comes under Subchapter, implying that Barmasters LLC is a small business that is willing to undergo a cheaper process with fewer formalities in the case.

The filing adds that the necessary Schedules and Statements by the mobile bartending company were incomplete. Additionally, the Florida Middle Bankruptcy Court stated that the Statement of Financial Affairs was not filed/incomplete. A Disclosure of Compensation was filed by the attorney on behalf of Barmasters LLC.

On the same day, the court added that the Florida-based company must submit the Chapter 11 Plan Small Business Subchapter V by February 24, 2026.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida received the receipt of the filing fee of the voluntary petition on November 26. The fee amount paid by Barmasters LLC was $1,738.

After this, the court asked Daniel A Velasquez to follow the requirements under Local Rule 2081-1.

Attorney Daniel A Velasquez submitted the Statement of Corporate Ownership on the same day. The attorney also submitted the Certificate of Authorization to File Bankruptcy Petition on behalf of the mobile bartending company. The Chapter 11 Case Management Summary was filed as well.

The Subchapter V process will determine whether Barmasters can fully resume operations and continue providing mobile bartending services nationwide.
